- 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup cashew butter or almond butter
- 1/4 cup cold brew coffee
- 1 tsp coffee extract
- 2 dates (optional)
- Add all ingredients to your food processor, and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a small pan (I used a pan for baking bread) and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Scoop into bowls and enjoy!!!
