• frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup cold brew coffee
  • tsp coffee extract
  • dates (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients to your food processor, and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a small pan (I used a pan for baking bread) and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  3. Scoop into bowls and enjoy!!!
