Our 6 Week “Summer Shred” program mixes high repetition training with cardiovascular conditioning circuits to target those stubborn areas of fat on the body. Our end goal is for you to feel that you have achieved a more aesthetically pleasing physique through weight loss and/or toning.
By participating in this program, you are going to see results! We will also give you a nutrition guide and meal plan to keep you on track.
You have a choice of sessions you can attend: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7am OR
Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30pm and Fridays at 6:00pm.
