SCHEDULE

We offer traditional CrossFit classes (barbell lifts and conditioning), HyperFit classes (high intensity interval training/no barbells), and Olympic Weightlifting classes (Snatch, Clean and Jerk). Each class is completely coached from warm-up, through workout, to cool down. Our classes are limited to 12 people.
