When the whole SFH team gathers in one place, you know there is going to be some tasty treats. Today we want to highlight one of our favorites from our recent sales conference, the (no-bake) Cinnamon Roll Protein Cookies. These cookies have minimal sugar, but maximum flavor.

Using our fan favorite PURE Churro Whey, these protein-laced cookies are reminiscent of an ooey, gooey cinnamon roll, and are packed with nut butter to keep you going all morning long, without the sugar crash.

NO-BAKE CINNAMON ROLL PROTEIN COOKIES

Prep Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS 

COOKIES

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Scoop of SFH PURE Churro Whey
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup rice krispies cereal

DRIZZLE

  • 3 tablespoons yogurt chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 Scoop of SFH PURE Churro Whey
  • Pinch of cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

COOKIES

  1. In a small microwavable bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey.
  2. Microwave for about 30 seconds and then stir until completely combined.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract, salt, protein powder, and cinnamon.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Blend the old-fashioned oats and rice krispies cereal for a few seconds.
  6. Add in the old-fashioned oats and rice krispies cereal.
  7. Mix until completely combined.
  8. Separate “dough” into small balls and form cookies.

DRIZZLE

  1. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the white yogurt chips with 1 tsp. coconut oil.
  2. Microwave for 30 seconds, remove and stir and return to the microwave in 15 seconds increments until melted.
  3. Stir in the protein powder and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the mixture in a small bag and cut off the very tip with scissors.
  5. Pipe the drizzle however you would like over the cookies.
