Did you know, exercise can have a positive impact on your child’s academic achievements? Vast research has shown that exercise can help your child focus more when it comes to school work. This is just one of the many reasons why you should sign your child up for our CrossFit Kids Program at WCSC.

Our primary goal is for your child to have fun while developing a life long love for Health and Fitness. In our ages 6-9 classes, we focus on Enjoyment, Quality of Movement, General Physical Skills and installing a connection between nutrition, exercise, being fit, fitness and health.  We are creating a foundation for your child. There will be no barbell work or advanced movements, but instead, we emphasize and develop good movement, endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance & accuracy.
